Dana is a Laurens County native and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Dana was admitted as a stockholder of the firm in 2005. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs and is a Past President of the Heart of Georgia Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs. Dana has a broad range of knowledge and experience in individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary, non-profit and estate tax preparation and the auditing of small businesses, municipalities, and non-profits. She also has extensive experience as a consultant and serving as a Qualified Intermediary for IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Dana understands small business, as she and her husband own and operate a local retail store and several rental properties. She feels this personal experience enables her to have a greater insight and be a better advisor to her clients. Dana and her husband have two children. She is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Dublin Service League. She enjoys traveling, reading and being with family and friends in her spare time.
